Management classes participate in videoconference with Colombian Institutio

With the objective of continuing the internationalization actions, Univates conducts a series of videoconferences in partnership with Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios (Uniminuto), from Colombia. The meetings take place on different dates and involve courses focused on the management area of ​​both institutions.

The activities, organized by the International Relations Office (DRI) and coordinated by Professor Gabriel Braido, intensify the idea of ​​"internationalization at home". On Monday 28, the first meeting took place, and it discussed the Colombian economic situation. The minister was Jaime Rojas, from Uniminuto. More than 30 students of the Brazilian Economics course at Univates participated in the meeting.

On September 22, Friday, it is Univates' turn to talk to Uniminuto students. With the theme "Brazilian tax structure and how investors are welcomed in Brazil", Professor Valmor Kappler talks to the academics of "Accounting for Investment and Financing". The activity takes place at 8:30pm (Brasília time) in Room 110 of Building 2.

On September 28, Thursday, the Colombian professor Oscar Corridor debates on "Value chains and cost management". The meeting brings together the classes of Cost Management and the Contemporary Topics in Accounting II.

 On November 9, Thursday, at 8:30 pm, Univates professor Samuel de Conto talks to two Uniminuto classes about the Brazilian economic situation.
